1978年7月20號出生於洛杉磯的他，在青春歲月經歷了讓人難以想像的艱困打擊，
13歲時，醫生診斷他的右耳失去了百分之90的聽力，16歲時，他罹患了第一型糖尿病。
打從17歲開始，艾略特就不斷的在打工，他估計自己大概做過近50種工作，
